Request Account Deletion – AlliReads
We respect your family's privacy. If you'd like to delete your AlliReads account and the data linked to it, you can request it here.
How to request deletion
Send an email to allireadskidz@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include:
- The mobile number you used to sign in to AlliReads
- Your name (optional)
- The reason for deletion (optional, but it helps us improve)
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
What will be deleted
When your request is processed, we will permanently delete:
- Your account and login details (registered mobile number)
- Child profile information, such as your child's name and age group
- Reading progress, story history, quiz and worksheet activity
- Learning goals and daily plan preferences
- App preferences and notification settings
How long it takes
We will confirm your request within [7 days] and complete the deletion within [30 days].
